MEET OUR FANTASTIC TEAM!

OFFICE MANAGER--Gretchen Rybicky
Gretchen grew up in Upstate New York where she attended the State University of New York at Delhi and received her degree in Veterinary Technology. She is a retired army wife and traveled with her husband, Terry, for 22 years until they finally settled in Georgia in August of 1995. Three days after arriving in Georgia, she began working at MPAH as a receptionist and is now the Office Manager.
Her family includes her sons Mark and Matthew, daugher-in-law Machelle and granddaughter, Abigayle. She also has a yellow laborador mix named Yankee and a pastel calico named Tigger. Gretchen loves to spend time with her family, enjoys reading, going to the movies and decorating her home. She misses traveling and hopes to do a lot of it when she and Terry retire.

RECEPTIONIST--Tara Termei
Hi! My name is Tara. I started working here at MPAH in October of 2004. I have 4 dogs, Hemi and Zuki-yellow Laborador mixes (they look like Dingos!) and 2 Terriers, Bella (a Yorkshire Terrier) and Buddy (a Silky-Yorkie Mix). I share part-time custody of the Terriers, they live with my parents and brother half of the time! I am going to school and when I am not working or at school I enjoy boating at the lake, motorcycle rides, traveling (road trips rock!), the beach, hockey (Go Red Wings!), watching Motocross (Go Chad Reed!) and spending time with my family and friends.

RECEPTIONIST-- Jessica Bittle
I'm Jessica and I've been working at MPAH since July 09. I love animals, so I really enjoy my job. I have 2 pets (kids), a cat "Ms. Kitty-Kat" and a Doberman named "Niko". When I'm not working I enjoy watching old cartoons, going to the movies, getting pedicures, and going to the beach with my "better" half.

LEAD REGISTERED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN
Cathy Collari
Hi! My name is Cathy Collari, and I have been here at MPAH since August of 2001. I am originally from Buffalo, NY, but have been in Atlanta since 1996. Animals have always seened to be attracted to me--almost as much as I am attracted to them, and I am very happy to be working with and taking care of them. I became a Registered Veterinary Technician in early 2009.
Before coming to work at MPAH, I only had one pet, a Shar-Pei named Rocky who is "my boy". And, since I have been here two more "children" have adopted me; a lab mix named Callie who is a social butterfly, and a orange short-haired cat named Charlie who has my heart. I spend a lot of time with them when I am not working. I also like to spend time with my family, going boating, camping, walking, or any other activities outside.

REGISTERED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN
& KENNEL MANAGER ---- Casey Mitchell
My name is Casey and I began working at Mountain Park Animal Hospital in November of 2001. In March of 2009 I became a Registered Veterinary Technician.
My husband, Mitch, and I live in Snellville with our son, Shaun who was born in November of 2006. We have eight "babies" (they were our first!) Max--an apricot toy Poodle, Jake--a blondish/apricot toy poodle, Starburst--a calico shorthaired cat, Turkish--a black shorthaired cat, Skittles--a spotted orange tabby cat, Cicero--a grey tabby cat, Gwen--a white/grey cat, and Shaun's cat "Buttercup" or "Cup-cuo" as he calls her! There is always something going on at my house!
Outside of the hospital I enjoy playing with my son, listening to music and hanging out with friends. I love working at MPAH and enjoy meeting new people!

VETERINARY ASSISTANT
Lori Hall
Hi, my name is Lori. I started working at MPAH in October of 2002 as a Veterinary Assistant. I enjoy my job here and I love working with animals. I am currently at Georgia Perimeter College studying Biology and working toward becoming a certified Veterinary Technician. I live in Lawrenceville, where I grew up and spent most of my life. I have seven cats: Precious, Abby, Daisy, Sydney, Bella, Hailey and Opie. I also have a Chinchilla, Jasmine. In my spare time I enjoy being outside, gardening, fishing, camping, traveling, and of course being with animals.

VETERINARY ASSISTANT
Jerriann McDonald
My name is Jerriann. I started working at MPAH in October 2007 after moving from Clearwater, FL with my daughter. For the previous 6 years I had been working at Skycrest Animal Hospital as a veterinary assistant. I have always loved to work with animals and seem to have a special bond with them. My daughter and I do not have any pets now, this is the first time I can remember not having one, but we are looking and hope to have one soon. When I am not working at MPAH I enjoy reading, cooking, and watching Disney movies with my daughter Katlin who loves animals as much as I do and hopes to someday work with them as well.

VETERINARY ASSISTANT
Shantella Benson
Hi, my name is Shantella Benson, and I began working at MPAH in April of 2009. I am originally from Detroit, Michigan. My husband and I met while attending Western Michigan University (Kalamazoo). We married in Rome, Ga and made Atlanta our home for about five years where I developed my love for animals.
A job opportunity moved us back to Detroit where I began my pre-veterinary studies. Before I could apply to vet school an opportunity moved us to southern California. I traded vet medicine for life as a stay-at home mom, caretaker to a menagerie of animals ( a hamster, dogs, saltwater fish and guinea pigs), and a Girl Scout leader.
Brionna (my daughter), J.R. (my husband), Blossom (our female Samoyed), Bubbles and Brandy (the female guinea pigs) and I now make our home in Norcross. This former journalist plans to become a veterinary Technician.
When I'm not at MPAH, I enjoy reading, writing, attending Brionna's basketball games, and doing arts and crafts.
