Client Care Specialists (Not currently hiring)

These are the faces that greet each person as they enter our doors!

Each Client Care Specialist assists in the administration of the hospital by: 
 

Scheduling: New Patient and Clients, Wellness Exams, Boarding Drop-offs, Bathing, Surgeries, and more!

Client Communication: Responding in a timely manner to call Client communications via- phone, email, and text.

Regulation of Records: Prep each medical record before each visit, and maintain each record after each visit.

Host each Appointment: Acknowledge everyone entering and exiting the Hospital. 

Admitting and discharging appointments: including taking payments

General Maintenance: Ensure Lobby and Reception area are clean, organized, and Client information is accessible and up-to-date.
 

The Client Care Specialists acquire the medical/legal information necessary for each visit to be of the most benefit to the Patient and Client.

Veterinary Technicians and Assistants (Not currently hiring)

These are the faces that attend to each appointment/Patient with personal attention!

Each Technicians/Assistants supports the Doctors of the hospital by: 
 

Assisting Doctors: Preparing equipment, medication, (and more) for each appointment. 

Supporting Patient while Doctor performs examination.

Perform Laboratory Procedures: Draw and test blood, urine, fecal samples, and more!

Perform X-rays: Prep, position, and radio-graph Patients.

Client Communication: Review with Clients- Doctor's recommendations, test results, medication instructions and uses. Answer Client questions and concerns.

Pharmacy: Count and fill medication prescribed by MPAH Doctors.

General Hospital Maintenance: Ensure all areas of Hospital are clean and sanitized, including- Treatment, Exam rooms, Pharmacy, Lab, and Surgery suite

Verify that all equipment is in proper functioning order. 

Provide Intensive Care: Monitor and treat daily all hospitalized Patients

Kennel Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of Kennel and Cat-room

Feed, Medicate, Walk (where applicable) all Lodgers Boarding at MPAH**
